Allison created Accurate with a mission to bring people-first HR solutions to companies. A Florida native who calls Colorado home, Allison has 15+ years experience with people operations, including running a PEO practice and consulting for Fortune 150 companies. Compassionate and resourceful, Allison prides herself on finding the exact solution that will propel her clients forward.

Richard Alamager
HR & Customer Success Lead

Richard has built a career in human resources for publicly traded companies and private equity-funded ventures. Leading Accurate’s Human Resources and Compliance Teams, Richard is a resourceful expert for our clients. In his spare time, he lends his expertise to the non-profit Dash for Smiles.

Eddie Pastore
VP Finance and Strategy

As our resident expert in all things financial, Eddie helps our clients’ payroll efforts by overseeing Accurate’s accounting team and financial operations. Eddie possesses more than 15 years of experience in high-level financial strategy, reporting, finance, payroll, audits, accounting, and people operations. He’s passionate about utilizing data for maximum client outcomes.
